The Government is also willing to partner with private investors in the setting up of BPO/KPO type operations in the following areas:

• The provision of infrastructural services 
• Discounted rental space
• Delivery of fiber optics to the buildings
• Recruitment assistance to find qualified employees
• Training assistance to provide workers with the required skills for the sector   
• Subsidized utilities to assist in bringing costs in line with average costs in the wider competitive region.
