The potential exists for Antigua & Barbuda to develop a good position in this sector. The recent construction of the Conference Facility at American University of Antigua (AUA) allied to expanding Hotel facilities have given impetus to the country positioning itself in the MICE market.

Building on this momentum, Antigua and Barbuda has already been selected to host several other major conferences later this year and in 2026.
